INDIAN MASALA MENU


Masala kulcha

Ingredients:

Flour - 200 gms,
eggs - 1,
milk - 40 ml,
water - 25 ml,
sugar - 5 gms,
salt - 5gms.
Mix all ingredients and knead to get a tight dough.
Keep the dough for two hours.
For the stuffing one needs: onions (chopped) - 20 gms, potatoes (boiled and mashed) - 2, ginger (chopped) - 10 gms, coriander - 1 teaspoon
¼ bunch, green chillies (chopped) - 5 gms,
grated paneer - 30 gms,
jeera powder - 5 gms,
salt as per taste.

Method:
Make roundels of the kulcha dough.
Stuff with mixture.
Seal tightly by pressing the dough well. Roll out to the size of a tandoori roti. Cook on both sides on a hot griddle.
Top with butter and serve.
