The closer it gets To the end, the Faster it goes.

I've learned... That we should be Glad God doesn't Give us everything
We ask for

I've learned...... That money doesn't Buy class.

I've learned...that it's those small daily happenings that make life so spectacular.

I've learned... That under everyone's Hard shell is someone Who wants to be Appreciated
And loved.

I've learned.. That the Lord didn't Do it a ll in one day What makes me

Think I can?

I've learned... That to ignore the Facts does not
Change the facts.

I've learned.... That the less time I have to work, The more things
I get done.

Have a circle of friends.

HAPPY FRIENDSHIP WEEK TO YOU!!!!!!

What If There Isnt ... 'Anymore'

One day a woman's husband died, and on that clear, cold morning, in the warmth of their bedroom, the wife was struck with the pain of learning that sometimes there isn't "anymore".

No more hugs, no more special moments to celebrate together, no more phone calls just to chat, no more "just one minute."

Sometimes, what we care about the most gets all used up and goes away, never to return before we can say good-bye, say "I love you."

So while we have it, it's best we love it, care for it, fix it when it's broken and heal it when it's sick.

This is true for marriage.....And old cars... And children with bad report cards, and dogs with bad hips, and aging parents and grandparents. We keep them because they are worth it, because we are worth it.

Some things we keep -- like a best friend who moved away or a sister-in-law after divorce. There are just some things that make us happy, no matter what.

Life is important, like people we know who are special.. And so, we keep them close!
I received this from someone who thought I was a 'keeper'! Then I sent it to the people I think of in the same way... Now it's your turn to send this to all those people who are "keepers" in your life, including the person who sent it, if you feel that way. Suppose one morning you never wake up, do all your friends know you love them?

Let every one of your friends know you love them. Even if you think they don't love you back. And just in case I'm gone tomorrow:
I LOVE YA!!!

Live today because tomorrow is not promised
Life is short.. Forgive quickly, love truly, laugh uncontrollably...
And never regret anything that made you smile.

How to Make Your Wedding Night Unforgettable

If you'll be a virgin when you get married, you're probably feeling some apprehension about what will happen on your wedding night. Here are tips and advice to help things go smoothly.

How to Communicate BEFORE the wedding night
Pick a quiet moment to ask your soon-to-be-spouse "are you feeling nervous at all about our wedding night?" Odds are, he or she will be relieved to have the opportunity to talk about it. Talk about what your hopes and fears are. If your partner has sexual experience or you want to prevent pregnancy, talking about safer sex is essential. You may want to visit a counselor, or talk about sex during your pre-wedding counseling. If you are too nervous to bring up the subject of sex, consider leaving a magazine open, or even forwarding this article in an email.

How to communicate DURING sex
The most important sex tip for being a great lover is to learn how to communicate in bed. For nervous first timers, it might seem more natural to stay silent; dirty talk can be intimidating. Try saying, "That feels good" or just moaning a little when you like something. Be observant of your partner as well - if they're quiet and still, you might want to try something different. You can ask, "Does that feel good?" or "Can I try..." Most importantly, speak up when something doesn't feel good. Sex can and should give both of you pleasure.

Will she bleed? Will it be painful?
When a woman loses her virginity, it is possible for it to be a little bloody or painful. However, it shouldn't last for too long, and it is almost never very serious. To make things easier, make sure there's plenty of foreplay before you try penetration. You'll also want to have a good lubricant. I recommend a brand called "Slippery Stuff" because it is safe to use with latex, and it's glycerin-free. (Glycerin can cause yeast infections.) Even if you use a lubricated condom, you'll want to use extra lube. And, if you're afraid of bleeding on the hotel sheets, bring a towel with you, or your own sheets.

Will he be able to maintain an erection? What happens if he can't?
The pressure of the wedding night can be too much for many men. If things aren't "working," try to change up the mood. Spend some time kissing, and fondling each other. Perhaps make a game out of how many different body parts you can kiss, or be a little more serious by talking about the wedding, your love for each other, and milestones ahead of you.

Will I be any good? How can I wow my new husband or wife?
Sex, like most things, takes practice. You are likely to be a little clumsy and to feel a little goofy. Take things slowly, and try to listen to your partner. Find out what feels good, and what doesn't. Don't be afraid to ask! But don't concentrate on how mind-blowing (or not!) the physical feelings are. Instead try to be gentle with one another, and focus on how amazing it is to finally be in each other's arms as a married couple. For tips on making the sex as amazing as possible, read 10 Sex Tips for a Magical Wedding Night which follows shortly.

A Beautiful Story to Share & Learn

A Story to live by
There was a blind girl who hated herself because she was blind. She hated everyone, except her loving boyfriend. He was always there for her. She told her boyfriend, 'If I could only see the world, I will marry you.'

One day,
someone donated a pair of eyes to her. When the bandages came off, she was able to see everything, including her
boyfriend.

He asked her, 'Now that you can see the world, will you marry me?' The girl looked at her boyfriend and saw that he was blind. The sight of his closed eyelids shocked her.. She hadn't expected that. The thought of looking at them the rest of her life led her to refuse to marry him.

Her boyfriend left in tears and days later wrote a note to her saying: 'Take good care of your eyes, my dear, for before
they were yours, they were mine.'

This is how the human brain often works when our status changes. Only a very few remember what life was like before, and who was always by their side in the most painful situations..

Life Is a Gift

Today
before you say an unkind word - Think of someone who can't speak.

Before
you complain about the taste of your food - Think of someone who has nothing to eat.

Before
you complain about your husband or wife - Think of someone who's crying out to GOD for a companion.

Today
before you complain about life - Think of someone who died too early on this earth.

Before
you complain about your children - Think of someone who desires children but they're barren..

Before
you argue about your dirty house someone didn't clean or sweep - Think of the people who are living in the streets.

Before
whining about the distance you drive Think of someone who walks the same distance with their feet.

And when
you are tired and complain about your job - Think of the unemployed, the disabled, and those who wish they had your
job.

But
before you think of pointing the finger or condemning another - Remember that not one of us is without sin.

And when
depressing thoughts seem to get you down - Put a smile on your face and think: you're alive and still around.

I PRAY THIS MOVES AROUND THE ENTIRE UNIVERSE...

Too beautiful not to share........

10 Great Gift Ideas For Mother's Day

Here are a few great gift ideas for that special mother in your life on Mother's Day.

10 Great Gift Ideas For Mother's Day

1. The Star Treatment. Being a good mother is the hardest job in the world. Offering that special mom the star treatment for a day is a great gift. Start with allowing her to sleep in. As if that weren't gift enough, breakfast in bed and cleaning the house is just what the mom ordered. Lunch and dinner preparation should be included along with bathing, feeding and dressing the children. Basically don't allow her to left a finger. Supply a good book or time for her to do what she wants. What mother wouldn't want a day to recuperate?

2. Flowers and Plants. This is the most common of Mother's Day gifts. It's the obvious choice for that bouquet lover or for a very picky person.

3. Gift Baskets. You can find Gift baskets that contain any and everything. There are baskets that are specifically designed for Mother's Day, but other choices include gourmet and fruit baskets, spa bsakets and candle baskets. Many places also make custom baskets.

4. Jewelry. A great idea would be give her a pendant with picture of her children in it or a bracelet, ring or necklace with the birthstone/s of children or grandchildren.

5. Spa Day. Most mothers I know could use a spa day. Whether her children are at home or have long since moved out, a spa day is great choice. Spa Days range from a whole package of all the goodies like mud baths and lunch or just a half hour of massage.

6. Night Out. New mothers would surely appreciate a night out of the house with some adult conversation and atmosphere. It's a simple request, yet such a grand gesture for those moms who just want an evening as an adult. This works well with the morning and afternoon spent with the children. That is what Mother's Day is about in the first place.

7. Buy a Tree or Star. Have that special mom immortalized for years to come. Have a star named after her or buy a tree in her name. With God's love that star and tree will be around even if we are not.

8. Charitable Donation. For the mom who never stops giving, she would be honored to know that a donation was given to her favor charity in her name. This is truly a gift that keeps on giving.

9. Digital Camera. For the new mom, this makes a great gift. Children grow up so fast, catching those fleeting moments are important. With scrap booking becoming so popular, digital cameras also make a great gift for the scrapbook lover.

10. Weekend Getaway. A weekend retreat to a ski lodge could be great for the mom who needs a weekend to unwind.

The Things To Consider Before And After Laser Eye Surgery

While Maria wanted to undergo laser eye surgery because she was hell bent on improving her looks by discarding her spectacles, Peter was simply bored by the procedure of pushing glasses back up the bridge of his nose for thirty years of his life! So both of them, husband and wife, decided to undergo laser eye surgery. They were determined to equip themselves with all necessary information regarding their duties before and after the surgery and came to me for help. They thanked me for that information after they have recovered. Below is what I had taught them. Consult this guide; it will come to great help if you are also considering a laser eye surgery.

Before Surgery

If you have already taken the decision of undergoing laser surgery, first get your eyes evaluated by a doctor to know whether you make a good candidate at all. In case you wear contact lenses, stop wearing them at least two to three weeks before the consultation to get the right measurements.

Inform the doctor about all your medical history and the medications you are currently on, and the medicines you are allergic to.

After the initial examination is over, the doctor will let you know whether you are good candidate and what you should expect before, during and after the surgery. At this stage, you also ask the doctor questions to clear al your doubts and queries.

On the day before surgery, stop applying the cosmetics like creams, lotions, makeup or perfumes, as the residue of these cosmetics increase the chances of infection. Doctors generally ask to keep the eyelashes clean by scrubbing for a period of time.

An important thing is to arrange for a companion who would accompany you or drive you back to your home after the surgery is over. This is because, after surgery you will be under nerve soothing medication, that will impair your driving ability and also your vision may be slightly blurred just after the surgery.

After surgery

Immediately after the surgery the common sensation that most people experience is an itchy feeling, as if something has gone inside your eyes. The patients tend to rub their eyes in reflex, but be careful not to rub them. Your vision may be slightly hazy and your eyes may water. In some rare cases patients feel pain in their eyes. You may also experience sensitivity to light but that only lasts a matter of a few days. If things do not improve within a week, consult the doctor. You have to revisit your doctor within forty eight hours and the doctor will remove the eye shield, in addition to testing your vision. For at least six months, you have to see the doctor at regular intervals.

At this stage you will be prescribed eye drops to prevent infections. For some time you have to keep away from putting on make up and also refrain from swimming and hot baths.

It is a matter of three to six months for your vision to stabilize after surgery. The most important point to remember is if you notice any unusual symptoms, go to the doctor without any delay, otherwise it may lead to loss of vision.

An Inspirational Poem for Mother's Day

If you are looking for an inspirational poem that shows an understanding of what a mom has to deal with, this is the one. Every mom, young or old, knows this by heart and can only hope that her children will understand when they grow up.

"You don't love me!" How many times have your kids laid that one on you? And how many times have you, as a parent, resisted the urge to tell them how much? Someday, when my children are old enough to understand the logic that motivates a mother, I will tell them.

A MOTHER'S LOVE GOES DEEP

I loved you enough to insist you buy a bike with your own money that we could afford and you couldn't.

I loved you enough to be silent and let you discover your handpicked friend was a creep.

I loved you enough to stand over you for two hours while you cleaned your bedroom, a job that would have taken me fifteen minutes.

I loved you enough to say, "Yes, you may go to Disney World on Mother's Day."

I loved you enough to let you see anger, disappointment, mistrust and tears in my eyes.

I loved you enough not to make excuses for your lack of respect or you bad manners.

I loved you enough to admit that I was wrong and ask your forgiveness.

I loved you enough to ignore "what every other mother" did or said.

I loved you enough to let you stumble, fall, hurt and fail.

I loved you enough to let you assume the responsibility for your own actions, at 6, 10, and 16.

I loved you enough to figure you would lie about the party being chaperoned but forgave you for it after discovering I was right.

I loved you enough to shove you off my lap, let go of your hand, be mute to your pleas and insensitive to your demands...so that you had to stand alone.

I loved you enough to accept you for what you are, not what I wanted you to be.

But most of all, I loved you enough to say "no" when you hated me for it.

THAT WAS THE HARDEST PART OF ALL.

What You Need To Know About Smoking!

Cigarette boxes always state: "Cigarette smoking is dangerous to your health" at the back of the boxes, or at the end of their commercial ads. But do people really heed these government warnings? Do people really understand what smoking does to them?

In the United States, an approximate of 25.1 million men and 20.9 million women are smokers. It is quite alarming to know that quite a huge chunk of the smoking population belongs to a younger age group. Almost twenty-seven percent of smokers are between the ages of eighteen and twenty-four. A recent survey showed that almost twenty-three percent of high school students were current smokers, and that most of these high school smokers were White and Hispanic students.

Cigarettes

A cigarette is made out of cured and finely cut tobacco leaves and reconstituted tobacco combined with certain additives rolled and stuffed into a paper cylinder. The act of lighting a cigarette to make for the purpose of inhaling its smoke byproduct is called cigarette smoking.

Cigarette smoking and its effect

Around four hundred forty thousand people die in the United States from any form of tobacco use. Nearly one out of five deaths is linked to smoking, it beats alcohol, car accidents, suicides, AIDS, homicide, and illegal drugs put together. But how does cigarette smoking kill?

An approximated four hundred chemicals are present in cigarette smoke, and most of them are toxic to the human body. Certain ingredients found in cigarettes may affect as much as the internal functioning of your body organs to the efficiency of your body's immune system. Continued cigarette smoking may cause a multitude of different medical complications, and at worse, the effects may be fatal. these include:

Cancer. Cigarette smoking is responsible for at least thirty percent of all cancer deaths in the United States. It is the major cause for these forms of cancer:

1. lungs
2. larynx (or the voice box)
3. oral cavity
4. pharynx (or the throat)
5. esophagus

Cigarette smoking is also said to be a contributory factor in developing these forms of cancer:

1. bladder
2. pancreas
3. liver
4. uterus and cervix
5. stomach
6. colon
7. rectum

Heart diseases. Cigarette smoke contains very fine particles that penetrate the alveolar wall into the blood and exert their effects on the heart in a short span of time. Among these heart diseases are:

1. heart attack
2.   stroke
3. Lung diseases.
4.  emphysema
5.  bronchitis
6. Pregnancy complications.
7.  miscarriage
8.  early delivery (or premature delivery)
9.  still birth
10. sudden infant death syndrome (or SIDS)
11. low birth weight

In addition, smoking is not only harmful to your own body. In the long run, it will take its toll on the people surrounding you, through second hand smoke. So if you care about your own health and for others as well, don't get started with the habit. If you're a cigarette smoker, try and quit the habit. Your body will thank you for it.
